Past Life Regression (PLR)

Understanding long-held patterns through guided hypnotherapy

Some experiences, reactions or emotional responses do not seem to belong solely to this lifetime. You may notice repeated themes in relationships, strong reactions that arrive without warning, or a feeling of familiarity that is difficult to place.

Past Life Regression is a form of hypnotherapy that allows the mind to explore these patterns in a focused and supported way. The work is not about belief systems or proving anything. It is about observing what comes up, noticing how it connects to your present life, and using that understanding to move forward with more awareness.

People approach this work from many perspectives. Some view the experience as symbolic, others as memory-based, and some remain undecided. None of those views are required for the session to be useful.

I Work With People Who Want

Change - Who are curious as they sense something inside them is changing.

Understanding - Who want to understand their inner world and trust their own knowing.

Direction - Who are looking for direction, to decide what path to take next.

What Happens in a Session

A session begins with conversation. We look at what is currently happening in your life and what you would like to understand more fully.

You are then guided into a relaxed, focused hypnotic state. In this state, the mind becomes more receptive to imagery, feelings, and internal awareness. For some people, this appears as scenes or narratives. For others, it shows up as emotions, physical sensations, or a strong sense of knowing.

If experiences that feel like earlier life chapters come forward, we work with them carefully. The focus is always on:

  • what is being shown,

  • how it relates to your present-day patterns,

  • what insight or understanding becomes available.

You remain aware and in control throughout the session.

Time is set aside afterwards to talk through what emerged and how it may connect to your current life choices, relationships, or behaviours.

Why people choose Past Life Regression

Clients often explore regression when they have already done mindset work or hypnotherapy and feel there is another layer worth looking at.

This work may support you if you:

  • notice repeated emotional or relationship patterns with no clear starting point

  • experience strong reactions that do not seem proportionate to current events

  • want to explore personal history from a different angle

  • are curious about where long-held responses may have begun

Not everyone sees images or stories. Some people gain understanding through emotion, body awareness, or a shift in how they view a situation. All of these responses are valid.

A grounded and responsible approach

Past Life Regression is offered here as a reflective hypnotherapy method, not as a belief-based practice.

There is no suggestion that memories are factual history, and no interpretation is imposed on what you experience. The value lies in how the material helps you understand yourself now.

Sessions are approached with care, professionalism, and respect for personal boundaries. This work is not used to diagnose conditions or replace medical or psychological support.

Why Work With Me?

Alongside hypnotherapy and mindset coaching, I have extensive training in intuitive and depth-based methods of working with the subconscious. This allows me to notice subtle responses, pacing changes, and emotional cues during sessions, and to guide the process without leading or influencing what emerges.

The emphasis is always on your experience, your understanding, and what feels useful to take forward.

How We Can Work Together

As with all my work, this is approached in an observational way. You remain aware, present, and in control throughout.
