My approach to self-hypnosis is informed by direct study with Anthony Jacquin, an internationally recognised hypnotherapist, trainer, and author, known for his work in practical hypnosis and self-hypnosis. He is long established in the field of modern hypnosis education and has written extensively on how people can consciously influence their inner experience.

This area genuinely fascinates me, how people interact with events, how meaning is formed and how perception shapes behaviour. As you begin to understand this, self-hypnosis moves beyond being just a technique and becomes a way of working with how you relate to life itself.
