About Me & The Way I Work

My Story

The biggest turning points often come during life’s most difficult chapters. Like many of my clients, I’ve felt stuck in old patterns, restless for change, and unsure what direction to take. What I’ve learned over the past 30 years is that challenges can become doorways to growth, if we know how to work with them rather than against them.

My path has always been about understanding people on a deeper level. Why do we repeat the same behaviours? Why do fears and doubts so often hold us back from what we want? And how can the mind, which sometimes keeps us trapped, also be the very tool that sets us free? These questions shaped both my personal and professional journey.

I’ve studied hypnotherapy, psychology, and behaviour, exploring how the mind influences our choices and why procrastination, anxiety, or self-doubt can feel so difficult to overcome. Alongside this, I’ve spent decades exploring spiritual development; including training at the Arthur Findlay College and studying traditions such as Kabbalah. What interested me most was never abstract theory, but how timeless wisdom could be applied to modern life, helping people live with strength and purpose.

My earlier career in the media and fashion, working in casting and production, showed me how much people struggle beneath the surface, especially performers under pressure. I witnessed how confidence can crumble, how the gap between who we are and who we think we should be can create exhaustion. This gave me a lasting insight into human nature that now shapes the way I work with clients.

My Approach

I combine spiritual coaching with hypnotherapy to help people move beyond fear, procrastination, and old habits, and to reconnect with their natural confidence and direction. Clients often tell me that what they value most is my ability to see both the bigger picture of their lives and the hidden patterns that hold them back.

If you’re here, it may be because you’re ready for something more. You don’t have to have all the answers yet. My role is to help you understand yourself more deeply, to show you that you’re not stuck, and to support you as you move forward.

This work is about uncovering the strength, wisdom, and possibility that has always been there, and learning how to live from it every day.
